Winger makes move.
Leeds United have confirmed Ian Poveda has joined fellow Sky Bet Championship side Sheffield Wednesday, on loan until the end of the season.
The 23-year-old joined the Whites in January 2020 and went on to make four appearances during the remainder of the campaign, helping the club to win the Championship title and promotion to the Premier League.
Poveda then made 17 appearances across all competitions in the 2020/21 season, as the club finished ninth in the top-flight.
To gain further first team experience, the coming seasons firstly saw Ian join Blackpool on loan, before then heading to Blackburn Rovers the following year.
He now moves to Hillsborough with Wednesday fighting hard to move out of the relegation places in the Championship table, following their upturn in form under new manager Danny Rohl.
